He 111 trim indicators

Hello,
I am trying to determine, from the image extract below, what the text is on the two trim dials indicated by the yellow arrows. I think it has to do with the rudder trim, but I am not certain. Thanks!

Hello LukeFF,
this is the Handrad für Quertrimmung = handwheel for lateral trim.
The words at the big dial with the numbers are links and rechts = left/right.

Meine Literaturquelle sagt Seitentrimmung. Die für die Quertrimmung ist auf der linken Seite vom Sitz.
